Myrtle Beach: Game Night

One night, after all kiddos were in bed we had a game night where we played minute-to-win-it-esque games. Homemade mango sticky rice awaited the winning team. We had all had a serving, but there were three leftover and we all wanted them. Seriously, that dish was delicious as is everything my SIL, Lisa, makes.

Game #1: moving an Oreo from your forehead to your mouth without using hands. Mike won (and he won way before anyone else even came close to do the same).Game #2: getting the balls out of the Kleenex box strapped to your back. Naturally, it's also hands free. Cue the wiggling bums. Nate won, but Julie was the most fun to watch (cuz she kept giggling and watching her reflection in the t.v. and window, thinking that would somehow help her--it didn't).Game #3: The Bummy Hop. We had to make it to finish line without using our hands or feet. Naturally I lined up with my BIL that's run a Ragnar (along with a slew of other long distance races) and my SIL who's about to run a Ragnar. Nate won (by about a body length).Game #4: Pie eating contest. Hands free, of course. Scott and Lisa put up a good fight, but Rob beat them. Game #5: I'm not even sure what to call this. I consists of tapping somebody's whipped cream laden hand to rack up your points. However if you tap too many times (if you reach whatever number he has in his head) you get a face full of whipped topping and lose your points. We played this with Drew's family last year. Andrew got it in the face a lot so he pretty excited to run the game this time around instead of play it himself. Codi won. Yes, she got whipped cream in her face, but . . . not quite as much as the rest of us:

Ha! How fun. We did minute to win it games at the Snow reunion this year. The only one we did the same as you was the oreo one. I like the whipped cream game though :) I would also want to be in charge.
