Unfortunately it fell on a weekday this year so he still had to go to work. Lame. We tried to make it nice for him though. Before he left in the morning he opened his gift: a new ski carrier case. In the evening we went to dinner with our old friends, the Davises, and they surprised us by treating. The next morning the girls "took" Andrew to Krispie Kreme for breakfast.
